Is it compulsory to appear with lawyer at Lok Adalat or I personally can appear also

1) You can personally appear, there is no hard and fast rule concerning appearing with a lawyer.
2) However, a lawyer can help you put forth your grievances and the remedy you seek in an articulated manner and can also be beneficial in handling the procedures and other work at the Low Adalat.

A.No it is not compulsory to appear in Lok Adalat with a lawyer but if you take a lawyer with you it will be convenient for you to deal with the situation and if there is any negotiation or argument is required the lawyer will be able to help and assist in a better way.
