If someone confess about a person on an Instagram confession page that this person is nice on face and a snake behind the back and the page post the screen shot of message will that person who confessed get punished or not

A.Dear Client,

If anyone threatens to file a defamation lawsuit then they need to prove it in the Court of law that words that are written are meant to defame them., which is in reality very hard to prove. Social media platforms like Instagram have their own defamation reporting policies. There is a form intended for reporting content posted on Instagram that one believes is defamatory under the law or otherwise violates their personal legal rights. The aggrieved party may choose any of the above actions.

A.See defamation is simply when you write or say something bad about anyone which can hamper the reputation of the person spoken/written about. It is also that the person about whom you are writing gets offended as the material said or written is distributed to public.
So, it depends on how he/she is going to react to it.
