Typing job fraud

I recently got a call to do a work from home job and after sometime I agreed wishing to earn a few extra amount, but in the work the task was to complete 700 forms in 7 days and if I couldn't complete I had to pay them rs 3999, I decided to not do the job and told them but then they asked me for the money and said that if I don't pay then they'll go for legal proceedings against me. I got worried and paid them the amount, they said it was some kind of penalty charge. After that I was also given a NOC from their side stating that charges against me are dropped and they can't take any legal action against me further. So I was fine with it. This happened in July. But yesterday out of nowhere they called again and said that I have to pay 7000 Rs otherwise they will release a legal notice against me and my father in Surat court, and that I would be arrested. They also told me to come to Surat court today itself at 11.30 am and if I don't then I will be arrested. When I told them that they had already given me the NOC from their side, they still said that I have to pay them some kind of cancellation charge of Rs 7000. I would have still paid them had I known their true identity as a company or whatever, but the face is their website can't be found on Google when we type the name. There is no trace of their company anywhere. But still they are threatening me through calls and whatsapp message s to pay the amount, the person who called said he is a advocate but I don't think that he is, the unprofessionalism while talking gives that in. I am in big dilemma now, on one side I am afraid what if these are true and what if the Surat court police everything is true, and on the other hand i feel like they are fraudsters. They have my ID proof of adhar card as I have it in the beginning, can you help me in this matter. Is it fake? What do I do now? As of now I am just ignoring and letting the matter go. But what if they keep calling and texting, that'll just ruin my peace of mind. Please tell me if it's fake and I should not worry about it?
