Roadside shop
sir I have a small box shop on the panchayat highways in my town. 300 meters away from it is a wineshop. But the police come and tell me not to shop there and pick up my shop. For me that shop is my livelihood. What is the way to this ??? please help me to solve this issue ..
A.Hi
You have to consult a lawyer and detail the issue. If in the said area, such type of business is illegal by any laws they have right to do it if they are ordered by the authorities concerned. But if the action of the police was not according to the law, you can file a case in the court and claim compensation for your losses.

A.You get in touch with a good lawyer from your area and if need be file a writ petition in the High Court with the help of the lawyer. It is about about your livelihood and if you are not breaking any law then the police cannot ask you to remove your shop.
