WHO WILL GET CHALLAN CANCELLATION MONEY EITHER ME OR REAL ESTATE PERSON

I HAVE CANCELLED REGISTRATION BECAUSE CHALLAN DID NOT COME. NOW I HAVE SUBMITTED A LETTER FOR REFUND OF CHALLAN AMOUNT TO THE TELANGANA GOVERNMENT. IN ONLINE CHALLAN PROFORMA REAL ESTATE OWNER PH NO WAS GIVEN.HE ALSO SAID THAT HE HAVE PAID THE AMOUNT THROUGH ONLINE.HE CAUGHT 15000 AND SAYING CAB CHARGES JUST FOR 2 VISITS. MY ADHAR NUMBER IS ALSO THERE IN CHALLAN.I HAVE MENTIONED MY BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER IN THE LETTER WHICH I HAVE SUBMITTED TO TELANGANA GOV . NOW HOW WILL GET THE CHALLAN REFUND AMOUNT FROM THE GOV EITHER ME OR REAL ESTATE M D PLEASE HELP.

A.dear client you need to send legal notice for return your challan amount. if they deny then file money recovery suit through local lawyer.
