i wanted to ask that i am hindu and the boy is muslim and we are willing to get married under special marriage act but the thing is what if our parents still do not agrees on this?? will us be given any security or money in regard to stay separate from them so that they could not harm any one of us?

A.Dear Sir,
You are grown up and no security is required for you. Further you cannot get any money from your parents for staying separately from your parents place. You can lodge complaint if any trouble is given by your parents.

A.Hi,
If your parents do not agree to the marriage and are harming your life and liberty then, you can file a plea in the court to seek protection. However, the marriage should be valid as per the special marriage act. You will not get money as you are an adult now can definitely get protection of the police.
