Sir/Mam,
My father expired in 2009. He was one of the share holder amongst the four share holders in our property. No will was executed from his end. The property is on rent. We are three sisters and single brother. Now I (brother) want that the whole power of my father should be transferred to me. But the in laws of my sisters are interfering in my case. how do i resolve this ?

A.Dear Sir,
You cannot resolve it unless your other siblings agree to issue NOC or execute release deed in your favour because all the four siblings having equal share in the property left by your father.

A.Until and unless your siblings and your mother execute registered Deed of Relinquishment or registered Deed of Gift in your favour for transferring their undivided property shares in your favour , you cannot get full ownership of that property.

A.Hi,
As your father died intestate, the sisters too have a right of interest to claim in that particular property. If you want the whole share to yourself then, negotiate with them in other terms as in any monetary compensation or any other assets so that they do not file any suit in the future to claim the property.
