DEAR SIR , I COMPLETED MARRIED LIFE OF 11 YRS. I WAS RETRED FROM DEFENSE SERVICES . TILL I WAS IN SERVICE THERE IS NO PBLM. AFTER RETIRED I AM TRYING FOR SECOND CARRIER AND I ATTENDING EXAMS .I HAVE ONE DAUGHTER WITH AGE OF 12 YRS WITH ME. ONE DAY SHE CAME TO ME AND SAYING THAT I DONT WANT TO LIVE WITH ME SHE WANT PRIVACY.I ASKED WHAT IS THE REASON NO ANSWER FROM HER SIDE. DAILY THE SAME ISSUE CONTINUES. THEN I ASKED WHAT ABOUT DAUGHTER HER ANSWER WAS U TAKE CARE HER.I OBERSEVD HER PUTTING HER INDIVIUDAL PHOTOS ON INSTRAM AND SOCIAL SITES ONE OF MY RELATIVE INFORMED REGARDING THE SAME TILL THEN I DONT KNOW SHE USING SOCIAL SITES. ONE DAY IS ASKED REGARDING THE SAME SHE TOLD THAT NOT USING FINALLY I MADE ONE ID I ASKED FRIEND REQUEST IN INSTAGRAM THEN I SAW THE INDIVIDUAL PICTUURE OF HER . I COUNSELLED HER REGARDING THE CONSEQUENCES OF SOCIAL SITES.BUT SHE NOT CARED. FINALLY SHE LEFT HOSUE ONE YEAR BACK . SHE DON WANT COME BACK . I SENT A NOTICE TO HER ,SHE REPLIED TO ME WITH BASELESS ALLIGATIONS. SHE DONT WANT DAUGHTER ALSO. MY DAUGHTER MATURED AND THE SAME INFORMED TO HER BUT, SHE DIDNT COME ATLEST TO SEE THE DAUGHTER. FINALLY ONE DAY CAME WITH HER PARENTS SAYING THAT SIGN ON SOME PAPERS I DIDNT AGREED .SHE RETURNED FROM FROM MY HOUSE. I FILED RCR CASE . AFTER 7 HEARING DATES SHE FINALLY ATTENDED COURT FOR FILING COUNTER. PLEASE ADVISE ME FOR THE FURTHER ACTION SIR. WHEN SHE CAME TO COURT I ASKED AGAIN HER PLEASE COME AND JOIN FOR BETTERMENT OF OUR DAUGHTER FEATURE BUT SHE NOT ALL INTERESTED SHE NOT EVEN BOTHER ABOUT DAUGHTER ALSO SIR

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and try to settle the matter failing which file a family case on the basis of documents and electronic evidence which you have.

I could have explained more if background is known to me.

A.Hi, I am sorry you are facing these issues. Your wife has the right to use social media sites and post photographs of herself if she wants to, over this you don't have any legal control. Also, In a RCR case also a favorable outcome is unlikely as even the highest judicial authorities cannot force an unwilling spouse to come live with someone they don't want to. Further, even if you win the RCR case, if your wife fails to move in with you again within 1 year, divorce can follow. I suggest you avoid expecting a favorable result out of RCR case and try to resolve the matter with your wife on a personal level.
