My boyfriend cheated me and praposed another girl.

I got to know about this in July. Then he promised me for marriage. After a week he again reversed. He joined as a RSI ( reserved state inspector) at Karnataka police. He himself is not true and genuine how can he give justice to ppl ?
He was neglecting me from march. We are in relationship from last 1 and half year. He used to scold me to stop msging him and call him. But when we meet everytime he wanted sex he is my neighbor so I believed him. He agreed for marriage but was neglecting from 3-4 months for marriage. Now I understood the reason. What I should do ?
