Civil- How to Stop people in my private joint road imideately

movement from house to road. Now Public people ( Devoities are daily coming to his house ) and disturbing my peace / privacy creating nuesence. How to stop / avoid public moments in my private road. Is there any immediate actions to stop give by local civi court? Is there any section to stop?
A.Hi, since the road is public property, you cannot claim any right over it. However, if the disturbance is being caused at odd hours and bothering you gravely, you may file a complaint about the same. If the problem is being caused because the people are visiting your neighbour, it is advisable that you try and resolve the matter peacefully with the neighbour.
