Borrower wilful defaulted the lorry finance EMI and selling his property

Sir I am a coborrower of the 5 financing lorries.the borrower had defaulted the emi of lorries respectively 3,his phone is off.he is having house and recently he had done agreement to sell his house and other properties.
without of my,finance company notice he has sell one to iron seller and different parts to others.
What are the consequences are coming to me as per law?
Can finance company can attach my property?
what are the legal aspect to withdraw from respectively finance company and this situation.
Can I gift my house to my minor girl as guardian to get rid of my house property attached.can I be as natural guardian regarding this position.
Please help me get out of this situation.
