DUI Case
I am caught in a drunken-driving case, my BAC reading is 106. This is my first-time offence. however, I collected my bike signing a paper that I'll come to court when called. It has already been 2 months but haven't received any notice?
I am fearful of the consequences. Please let me know what my course of action should be
A.Dear Sir,
It is petty case you need not bother. You will receive notice even after one year then you can pay the fine and get close the case.
I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.
Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.
