We are seperated for 27 months. I have a decree on Section 9. My wife filed a complaint on court for DV, in which she involved my married sister (She claimed that My sister beat her badly for dowry, when she went to her house with me. I have many photos to prove that she enjoyed the vacation a lot. I submitted the photos to the police station.) also. Another is for 125 maintenance. what

A.Dear Sir,
You can get stay on both the cases if you approach High Court, on technical grounds.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Dear client,
your sister enjoying vacation will not prove the absence of domestic violence. The burden of proof is on the prosecution so it is for the wife to so the injury marks on how your sister beat her and when.
Thank you
