We are seperated for 27 months. I have a decree on Section 9. My wife filed a complaint on court for DV, in which she involved my married sister (She claimed that My sister beat her badly for dowry, when she went to her house with me. I have many photos to prove that she enjoyed the vacation a lot. I submitted the photos to the police station.) also. Another is for 125 maintenance. what

A.You have not specified your query. To give opinion,it is necessary to scrutinize the Complaint of that DV case as well as the Written objection,if any ,filed by you therein. It has not been specified herein whether any interim Order has been given therein or not.
