Sie, I have filed a 498A quashing at HC, whihc was dismisseed in 2018, i failed to apply in SC, i am sure there is not evidences for other party i have solid evidences , with this can we approach the HC second time for quashing ?? since the basic ingredients missing in the complaint , like undated , jurisdiction to the police investigation etc, and for quashing can we put all the evidences we gathered ?? while filing or later filing them? and also there i a DVC case filed which is almost cross examining her and we got those evidences as well can we put all of them and apply for the quashing again in HC now? or SC
A.Dear Sir,
You cannot file second case in High Court if it is at FIR stage. If charge sheet is filed you can again approach High Court for quashing of charge sheet.
I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.
Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Dear Client,
you can not approach the High Court for quashing the case a second time even if you feel that now you have gathered sufficient materials or evidence. It is recommended to go along with the proceedings. You can not even appeal this as it is still in the cross-examination stage and a final decree has not been given.
Thank you
