Hello , myself Anurag age 20. My grandfather is priest at a temple in our village . Temple has some acres of land on which priest of the temple or my grandfather used to do agriculture to earn livelihood. My grandfather has 3 change son. Grandfather used to live with my father who also do agriculture on his own land. Other two sons also do agriculture on their own land.as grandfather lives with us so temple land is cultivated by us to fulfill grandfathers need.but now a days son of elder brother among sons of grandfather started doing agriculture on grandfathers land without his will . They want that land because they think it's their right. The used to sprinkel pesticides on standing crop to distroy it . After too many times we tried to convince them to stop it . But they don't understand. Grandfather is still alive and used to live with us. His age is 85. Now please tell me what should do I now?

A.Dear Sir,
You have to approach higher police officers and get register FIR against them and also approach revenue officers to protect the property.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Dear client,
you can either file an FIR against him for trespassing into your grandfather's land and destroying the crops or can file an injunction suit in the court to prevent him from entering the land.
Thank you.
