I filed the fir against him. And I told him. He is RSI at Koramangala Betalian 3. He is not picking the call. And he blocked me. He is planning to escape. Y he is not picking the call and does he get the bail ? What I should do now

The Indian laws are drafted in such a way that the legal sanctity of the marriage is recognised. As you are not married, there are no provisions that can lead to arrest if he cheats on you and proposes to another girl
