Can we claim rights on my paternal great grandmother Can we claim rights on my paternal great grandmother

My paternal great grandmother(grand father's mother) wrote 'will' for her land to her daughter(x)( x not having any husband and children).
Later both of them died. Before grandmother(x) died, she transferred that land to some person who is not from our family tree through a gift deed. And land got registered on this 3rd person.

Can we challenge this? And what are theĀ  chances of winning?

A.Without scrutinizing the terms and conditions of that Will,it cannot be specified whether great grandmother's daughter had right to transfer or not.Documentary evidences are required to be scrutinized to give legal opinion in this regard.
