Building school in front of house
Our home is in between Government school. There are two buildings of government school and our home is in between the school in back so in front we have space. Now they are trying to demolish left side building and build an extension to right side building . if they build the extension our home will be covered in front . What can we do now to avoid the building extension do we have any strong and valid points.

A.Dear client,
It is important for us to first scrutinize what problem you possess when they are extending the building of the government school other than being covered. They are working on their land so it is very hard in the court to prove you have difficulty because they are exercising their rights in the land.
Thank you
