I helped one of my friend for Apply personal loan in my name and transfer to friend. She told me before applying personal loan, I'll give you the amount as emi option (monthly) please help me like that. But after 1year she stopped to pay the monthly emi as she promised earlier. Am asking every day to pay the amount at 7th, she told me I'll give you like this way it's comes 1 yr still she not paid, am paying all emi. Because the loan was in my name. Please help me what should I do?
