My father leve with 2nd lady from 1956,without marrieg, with my mother,my mother died on 1964,my father married in tempal with 2nd leady in1965, 2nd leady have a child,born in,1957,my father died on2014,2nd leady have a passion of my father premises, please give the advice

A.whether legitimate or illegitimate children both are entitled to share equally the property of their a father dying intestate. If there's no will, you can file a partition suit and get equal distribution of the said property. You can contact a local lawyer from Vidhikary for filing such suit.

A.Whether your father property is ancestral or self acquired?If property is ancestral then file suit for partition.and if your father property is self acquired and distributed by his will then you can't challenge.
