MSEFC SAMADHAAN DELAYED PAYMENT

After MSEFC & Arbitrator award respondent approached court and stayed the award. Payment delayed from March 2018 and awarded in Jun 2021 to settle the payment in 3 instalments from Aug2021.
A.What is your question and what do you want to know. If they have stayed the award then challenge that award in the court of law and unless you do it you are not going to get anything out from the award. Seek help of a lawyer to take care of this.
