i want to know if i can claim in indian court , and send legal notice to the indian address, regarding the money recovery from an indian citizen who living in london , but will return after two month , he reviewed payment from my customers in UK but now not paying me , i have his whatsapp conversation for acceptance of payment , making delaying in payment transfer , bank statement etc and statement of customers like they transfer to him against service recieved from me .
