Escort broker

I yesterday called a broker and asked rates then refused for the services. He then started threatening me that if I don't take services then he will send me to jail..Will ruin my life..and all... then started I getting calls from many useless numbers(spam)...
So here what can he do from just a call. Should I be scared or take precautions or ignore it....
If should take precautions then like what?
