cancellation of admission and refund of fees

i want to cancel my admission and i request the college authority to cancel my admission but they reject the application then i remind them of ugc guidelines but they said that ugc guidelines are not applicable to private universities now tell me what i have to do ? they also have my original documents
A.Dear client,
They cannot reject your application. Moreover, each private university shall be established by a separate State Act and shall conform to the relevant provisions of the UGC Act, 1956. In case the college still does not listen, you can send them a legal notice. You can refer to the same by accessing this link:

A.It seems that they are trying to override the UGC guidelines. You can send them a legal notice asking them to refund the money and return the original docs or else you will be initiating both civil and criminal action against them.
