I have not paid my 4 emis to bank but I have been paying them every month apart from the 3mnths I cudnt pay but still due to some financial problems I cudnt pay this month..I am explaing them that if I borrow and pay u this month then I cannot pay u next month just give me a month's time and I will start paying u the amount exactly how I used to pay before . But they continuously call and come near home and speak in loud voices and my mom gets distrub by this and she breaks down. As I am the single earner in the family. What shuld I do to make them agree to let go one month and I will pay the amount as agreed regularly.

A.Dear client,
They have every right to ask for the EMI from you. However, they cannot harass you into paying the EMI. You can file a legal notice and send it to them. But, since you are the one at fault in paying back the EMI, it may be tough to claim them constantly contacting you was 'harassment'. Instead, you can write a letter explaining your financial situation to them and ask for more time to repay the EMI.
Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,
you should go to the bank and tell them about your condition and discuss with them. As far as the those persons are concerned who come and disturb you can lodge an FIR against them with the local police station.
