Suspecious death of father

It was happened 4 months ago at our agriculture water well.I am elder son of him i have younger brother and elder sister got married 5 yrs ago.the water well is shared by my father and his 2 elder brothers.one father in law's settled in city 150 km away from our village.so it's 2 familys sharing water at well.me and my brother working 100 km away from our place.only mother and father used to be at home and at farming well.one day late afternoon my father is standing in side walls before getting dead and 15 min before only that time mother just leave him there and went 100 metres away for cow feeding.Actually he is waiting thare for father in law and his son for motor replacing which is damaged 4 days before. in between my father and mother we have crop of popcorn plants(makka Jonna) no body can see opposite person , Actually he is waiting for father in law and his son for replacement of motar that damaged 4 days ago. after 15 mins the big sound came and my mother reached there at 2 mins.she is speking loudly help help.it took 1 hour come others and by that time he brought dead.Finded Maher backside head injuries and legs broken.i was reached thare at night and brother reached evening and filled FIR as accidentally.its been 4 months now and with in 3 days final reports will come. I don't know if how reports come.and I am hearing some direct and indirect Warnings who may be the culprits in this.
please provide your opinion that I am explaining the suspect s behaviours.

Suspect no1:(father in law and his son)) 50 years ago My grand father is very broad minded person and he is leading 65 member family including working families and he gave property share to who works at our home actually thay have no right to have share just before he expiry.when he was died the so called workers also have familys and they started threatened our father and in laws and we have paid some amount and registered as right relieving from them to us.but they never left that land and himes.which is still enjoying by them and the rigistration per was missing from our hands and forgot about that.past one year we have conflict s in land that they are becoming arrogant and abusive manner for small things.suddenly one day my elder father in law got the registration paper from somewhere still don't know.the paper shows the land belongs to my father and other 2 inlaws.but elder one is told that my father having no right and the land is going to share by both of them (2 elders).and the next few days my father dead accidentally which is only in FIR. what is happened is nobody knows except the culprits and my father.


Suspect no2(my sister)
We always felt that she is my sister.and she is never felt never as own brothers . literally she is my father's first wife(passed away when sister born) s daughter always insecure and feeling jealous about us.she always in the influence of my father in law's and his wife. They always Brian washing her like u will get share after marriage don't worry.but they never give share to their daughters.we were okay to give share but not right now.
Before the my father suspecious dead .8 days before death my father called and and cryed some times ,he told that my sister is asking for share right now or money of 5 lakhs for present expenses.daily calling and irritating like anything it's happened till his death.i have Sean some unbearable pain in his voice before the 2 days he dead.

The suspect 1 and suspect 2 behavors got extremely bad simultaneouslyy by the Sam time .and we have sleepless nights daily.if we go for legal aid and share then they start to come us but we are not that much stronger to counter.but only thing is we don't have single proof that to make them punish.
