Resignation during probation

In appointment letter, the notice period is mentioned for 3 months but not clearly written if it is after probation or from the starting. Now i want to quit before completion of probation. What harm my current company can cause to me?
A.Dear Sir,
You may not get decent feedback to your next employer and you may not get experience certificate and exist certificate. These are the risks.

you need to confirm this with the HR of the firm If you resign then there is a possibility that they can claim the notice period payback.

You need to discuss with your company HR and get all the clarity or else you might be having issues while getting the full and final settlement as well as release letter. Alternatively you can share the offer letter to a lawyer and also seek advice.
