Real Estate Case against builder

My possession had been delayed by more than 3 years and I had filed a case in the high court for a refund with interest. Due case filing location being in another state, I hired a lawyer locally and he has been dealing with the case so far. I checked the status online and it has been listed again for admission. What could be a reason and what are my options to get my money.
PS: Similar case resulted in favour of the buyer 6 months before my case was listed. It is the same lawyer, same builder, same court.

A.In ECourt service,before the Final Hearing phase, you will not get detailed update regarding the matter record so it is necessary on your part to ask your lawyer to obtain certified copies of those Orders so that you can get the actual scenario.
