Validity of my Dhana settlement(gift deed)

My father owns a agricultural property which is self acquired by him and wrote a DHANA SETTLEMENT (gift deed) to me and my younger brother forbidding my elder brother to be a beneficiary(we are 3 sons).But after his death as my mother insisted myself and my younger brother transfered the property to her as she promised vocally that she will give it back to 3 of us equally which she hasnt done yet. now myself and my 2 children want our property as its mentioned in the dhana settlement.can myself or my children (both majors) claim it back legally?

One you have voluntarily transferred the property to your mother's name then you cannot go back and revert the transfer unless your mother agrees to transfer the property back to you following the duel process of law and registration.
