Letter to high court judge to dispose case faster
2 years ago
We have filed a counter to Writ petition in Nov 2019, however the case has not come to bench till date. We are asking our lawyer but he is aggressive in answering our questions and claims we have to wait until it get disposed. Now we are not able to cultivate the land since the petitioners got a stay order and our names have also been deleted from records. Can we write a letter to judge requesting to dispose the case as it,s been already 2 years with not moving a single step forward.
A.Dear Client,
In this case you need not write a letter to the judge rather your lawyer should mention the case and get in back on track. It seems that your case has gone out of list and the petitioners are taking undue advantage of the stay order. Ask your lawyer to act on it or change the lawyer.

A.It is necessary for your lawyer to mention before the Hon'ble Court for early enlistment of the matter more particularly because due to the Stay Order, your land cultivation has been hampered. If any of the litigants is Senior Citizen, then that is also an additional ground for speedy disposal of the matter.
