My father and his coworkers having a pension matter in SC (HC judgement and review judgement was in favour of employees but government opt to appeal) in SC gov filed SLPC in late 2019, yesterdays proceeding order states "Leave grant, delay condoned, Arguments concluded, Judgment reserved" and case status showing "Heard & reserved, Leave granted,/rule NISI, Appeal Admitted". what does it mean?
A.Dear Client,
It means that the application has been heard and arguments between the parties have concluded and now the judge/court will deliver the order after going through all the records submitted in the Hon'ble Court. You will have to wait till that day/time.
