Related to Government jobs in Jammu kashmir

I got selected in Jammu & kashmir government services last month. As per new laws people residing in UT of Jammu & kashmir for more than 15 years will get Domicile certificate and can also apply for government jobs in UT of J &K . But my doubt is that if in future after 3 years, State government may come up with new policies or if Article 370 gets restored i.e only people have permanent resident certificate not Domicile certificate will get government job in UT of Jammu & kashmir and no outsiders are eligible for jobs . In future will government suspend me from current state government job. Last month I had joined the one of the state government department. Please help me ,will they suspend me from job in future .
Its not that easy to suspend government employee on the basis of some rule change and if they do so you will have all the rights to fight this case up to Supreme Court of India. And as far as I understand you not lose this kind of case so you can relax and need not worry about it.
