Resignation & Notice Period of Employment Resignation & Notice Period of Employment

I had joined a company on 01 Sep 2021 and after joining I had received my offer letter which had a mention of 03 months of the notice period. I had to resign due to personal reasons (had got Covid 19 in Sep end due to work travel) on 29 Oct 2021 and I served a notice period till 15 Nov 2021. I had informed HR that I can't serve the 3 months notice period and they do not need to provide me with any relieving letter & also do not pay my final salary of Oct & Nov 2021 months.
But they are forcing me to pay for the rest of the notice period and also imposed a fine for not serving the full notice period. Please tell me what I need to do.

A.Dear Client
Both the company and you need to honour the terms and conditions of the offer letter cum employment contract. Have a look to those terms and decide what you should do else they will keep asking for the same from you.
