I appeared H.M. exam of wbssc and qualified.But my marks in M.A. is less than 50%.I was told during certificate verification that I may not be called for viva because of less marks.However some candidates having below 50% marks were allowed to appear the exam by kolkata high court.My question is how to solve my problem as i could not file any case that time

A.File writ petition into high court with expert petition lawyer.discuss your all facts with necessary documents.
