Extension of Tenure

Kindly refer to the following condition:
A petioner was illegally terminated by the competent authority, without adopting rules & regulations conferred in DOPT on 8 January, 2020. After fighting case vs UOI. The High Court of Allahabad has ordered to Reinstate the petioner with immediate effect with full backwages shall be payable to him on 17 September, 2021 . Now, his tenure is going to be completed on 8 April, 2022. In due short period of time, is there any provision in the law, to extend his tenure upto the duration between date of Termination and Date of Reinstatement ?

For every service there is time frame declared for superannuation and once that age is reached there cannot be extension of service unless the job or the person falls into some special category which demands that it should be done as an extraordinary measure. In this case the person has lost his salary for the said period which being given to him then there is no need for extension.
