Revocation of rustication

I was falsely implicated in murder case my name was not mentioned in main f.i.r bt afterward it was added on the basis of affidavits I was rusticated on the basis of this case I was doing PhD that time .I have no criminal history now i was bailed out and case is on trial .now I want to file case for revocation of my admission so plz guide me as it is matter of my future

A.dear client you need to file a writ petition in your Hon'ble High Court and pray for the same.
