Online Fraud won a 25,00,000 Lakh lottery

I have received a message on WhatsApp saying that I have won a 25,00,000 Lakh lottery. The voice message says he is calling from WhatsApp. And I'll receive my lottery from State Bank of India and I need to call on a given number who will help me to get the lottery credited in my account. The poster includes the photos of Amitabh Bachhan, Mukesh Ambani, and Neeta Ambani. So obviously, it's a fraud. But I want to take action against them so that they can't cheat a uneducated person. Is it possible to take any legal action against them?
