OBC non creamy layer my mother don't have job

My father is dead and my mother don't have job . But she got married second and both her children(me and my brother) are staying separated. We have an existing OBC non creamy layer which was issued before. But we don't have any proof for income . Can we get a new OBC nom creamy layer as it is required for applying for govt jobs.
A.Dear Sir,
Normally, such OBC Certificate is valid for 5 years. If your mother is unemployed then get such certificate and get renew OBC certificate.

To apply OBC non-creamy layer certificate your parent's annual income should be less than 8 lakhs. If such is the case you can apply for such a certificate.

For this you need to approach the local councilor or the tehsildar who will look into your case and then accordingly advice you on what you can. If suppose after you have spoken to them and you are not getting your required certificate then you can approach the court.
