Non-payment of Monthly Maintenance Dues by the resident
2 years ago
This is in relation to an apartment monthly maintenance contribution. One of the flat owner has not been paying monthly maintenance for some time now and the default amount is to the tune 2 lakhs. Talking to the owner is always leading to unnecessary arguments and the association wants to understand if there is something that can be done legally.
A.Dear Client,
You can send him a legal notice for payment of unpaid maintenance.
Thank you

A.Dear Client
Like all other RWA what the association can do is to stop all the services for that apartment which is being provided by the Association like garbage collection. Once the common services for that flat is stopped then he will be forced to pay. Additionally you can send him a legal notice through a lawyer for payment of the dues.
