Delayed FnF issues Delayed FnF issues

I resigned on 15Dec nd I was promised that my FnF will be released on 18th Jan. It didn't happen as the assets were not collected although I had shared my address on 5th Jan. Now, the assets were submitted on 20th Jan. I was told that 80% of my FnF would be released on 29 since the assets were collected late. Now, the company is saying that the remaining 20% of the fnf will be released on 18feb. I feel that it should have been credited long ago. Please suggest and advice.

A.Dear Client
If the assets were submitted late so, they have taken the decision to delay the full and final settlement. If you are not happy with their action then you can send them a legal notice through a lawyer asking them to pay your dues sooner.
