Mere pati or unki family muze divorce ke liye torcher kar rhe court me jhuta case vgerah kre hai ...karan hai unki family or job ..mere pati railway me hai .. unki family muzse or mere bche se sare hak chinna chahti hai jine nhi de rhe or Ghar se nikal diye hame dawri bhi liye shadi bhi kiye bcha bhi hai but har baat me torcher kiye kahi peso ke liye kahi kaam ke liye kuch na kuch bhane se maar pitkr ldai krte the ...unki family Or unka yhi kahna hai ki me or mera bcha ..mere pati ki jimedari nhi ..vo Hame kisi bhi haal me nhi palenge ...tum khud palo ya maa baap ke bhrose mayke me Plo ..me ek kam PDI likhi housewife hu or puri tarah me or mera bcha pati pr depend hai..unhone hme raste me chor diya lekar nhi jaa rhe or sare riste toad rhe ... tourcher kar rhe bhut divorce ke liye ...ghar se nikaal diye bahane se muze mere bche ko
You can file a case under section 498a of IPC
Section 498a of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, also deals with the offence of domestic violence that provides for the punishment i.e. an imprisonment of three years or fine or both. Thus, an FIR for an offence under section 498a can be registered in the local police station of your area against the husband/his relative.
