we are buying property (house) of 44 lakh, on paper value is 38 Lakh, we are ready to pay 6 lakh cash in the time of registry, but seller asking that amount in the time of the agreement, without any paperwork is it okay to pay, we are paying 2 lakh in the time o agreement which will be written in the agreement, but this 6 lakh wont be mentioned anywhere.

A.Dear Sir,
You are not suppose to pay such amount if necessary cancel the contract.

A.Dear Client,
It's better to keep some evidence of paying the said amount to the seller, Ask them to collect the same during the registry of property.

A.Dear Client
It is not a good idea to give 6 lac without mentioning anywhere. If he is hell bound for that in that case tell him the said amount will be given only after or during the registration date or else this amount needs to be mentioned in the paper.
