My concern, my father has disposed off his House in 2020 and further transferred the amount to my brother (One Brother) bank account. I have not received any share out of it. As a daughter am i having right to get share, how to proceed.

A.Dear Client,
If the same property was self-acquired he was within his rights to do so. If it was an ancestral property then you have a legitimate claim over it and you can file a suit in the concerned civil court.

A.To give opinion, it is necessary to know whether that property was the ancestral property of your father or it was his self acquired property. Without that relevant fact, proper legal opinion cannot be given.

A.Dear Sir,
During the lifetime of your father if it is his self acquired property you cannot raise any objection to such distribution of property and cash.

A.Dear Client
You need to first ascertain whether the property was self acquired property of your father or ancestral. If it was self acquired property then you cannot do anything about it but if it was ancestral property then you can ask for your share by sending them a legal notice and if required by filing a case in the court.
