Having 20 Flats apartment, we need to registration of welfare association. please suggest how to go to get it registered. Location Hayathnagar.

A.Dear Sir,

It is situated in Hyderabad city as such Please go through the local Apartment Laws and Then approach local Lawyer to pursue the matter so that registration can happen and he will get necessary Bye-Laws approved concerned authority.

You need to form a group, prepare the list of the members, Memorandum of association along with the byelaws of the association and then approach the registrar for registration of the same. You can get in touch with a lawyer who can help you with all these documentation.
