Use Land Pond Soil for my use

I have two lands, one self aquired land 15 km away from the city and a small plot in the city ,I would like to make a pond on the far land for fish farming and use the soil dugged out to fill my small land in the city to fill the land use to construct a residential property, Is is possible?

If your neighbours don't object for it then only it will happen. First get NOC from neighbours otherwise you may be in trouble. If you require only few loads of mud then there will be no problem.

I would construct a pond that will extend 30mt x 30mt x 14mtr. So many track load of soil will be excavated and transported to my residential land in the city. Will the administration have no issues with that or do I need any special permission from them
