Removing suit filed willful default written off settled status Removing suit filed willful default written off settled status

Hi. I took an education loan from the Bank of Baroda and did some instalments after the Moratorium period. Since I had a very low salary at that time, I was not able to pay the remaining instalments. Bank officials finally advised us to do a one-time settlement and settled the loan with the amount they put in the settlement statement. But they blacklisted me and put Suit filed wilful default written off settled status in the report. I came to know about this when I went to a different back to take the loan. I would like to know if there is an option to remove this status from the credit report so that I can take loans going forward.
