Maintenance in society
I live in a shantvan society. And my society is not registered and the society does not clear garbage in my street. So if I have stopped giving maintenance, if those people ask me to cut the water line, then what legal action should be taken against those people?
A.Dear Client,
You can file a suit for injunction against the society members as they are not entitled to cut your basic water or electricity supply.

A.Dear Sir,
Yes, you can take injunction order against Society people and they are not suppose to disconnect the basic essentials like electricity and water. However, they have an option to recover arrears of maintenance by filing money recovery suit. If they file any such suit then you can file objections saying that they are not discharging duties like clearing garbage etc.
