I am an underage and don't want my family to get involved

I need help.
My sister was in a relationship with a boy 3 years back, but after a year they broke up because the boy started to blackmail and force my sister to things according to him... But after my sister broke up with him things only got worse. He started blackmailing my sister by saying that he will show our parents the chats n pictures of them together and personal stuff. He started manipulating everyone connected with my sister. He threatened everyone who supported my sister by giving acid attack warnings. He molested us. He has kept his people in our colony in order to keep an eye on my sister and whenever mu sister goes out he comes and misbehaves n forces my sister. We thought of telling our parents but the place where we live is very backward and parents here don't understand. Further my family has issues. My sister and my father haven't spoken to each other since 2 years becouse of family fights. My mom and dad have issues and my sister supported my mom so my dad hates my sister and doesn't talk to her. We could make our mother understand but if my dad gets to know he would kick us out with our mother. Yesterday my sister's ex showed up in our house, i was petrified... But he didn't tell anything regarding his relationship with my sister. He just said some bulshit that he just passed an exam and was here for treat. My mom was confused fortunately my dad and the other members of my joint family were not home.. other wise it would be a war.. he was just here to scare us.. which he did. But this is going on since 2 years and we can't take it anymore.. he has tortured us both mentally n physically, he also tried to get money from us of a ring that he had forcefully given my sister and we had thrown it.. he has domestically violated my sister...he always blackmails her and asks her to meet him and then beats her brutally.. when last time this happened, she had marks all over her body and i was so scared when i saw it ...he does these things repeatedly...we r in trouble...please help.. i am really tired and i have suiside thoughts lately.. please help
