Agricultural land leasing
I wish to Lease in a total of 50 acres of agricultural land in Bihar purely for agricultural purpose from the ones who are willing to Lease out their agricultural land.
Is it illegal to Lease in or Lease out agricultural land in Bihar?
Kindly suggest me whether or not are there any legal implications involved in this. Thank you.
A.Dear Client
As per the facts which have been provided, the lessor and lessee can have an agreement stating the terms and conditions of the lease. There will not be any legal implications in this case.
Hope this clarifies your query and requirement.

A.Dear Client
I don't think that there is any such law which prohibits the leasing our of land for the same agricultural purpose. The agreement would be done by the owner and the lessee for cultivation purpose and that should not have any issue unless the cultivated crops are not illegal.
