Disability protection act for disabled husband

dear sir/madam Im physically disabled married last year after mutual consent with my wife. she continued her affair with boyfriend even after marriage.she stayed with me only for 1month and when I shown proof of whatsapp chat to their family members she left me and no communication since 7months.Her parents inturn blaming my disability but in marriage photo it is clearly visible that i wore calipers on my both legs.I have filed annulment petition based on fraud. it is in mediation stage.If they counterclaim by blaming my disablity can i recounter with disability protection act and defamation suit for cheating,insulting and exploiting my disability in the name of marriage?
